Today, Apple has seen fit to release the fourth beta of its upcoming watchOS 6 and tvOS 13 to developers. The new beta builds arrive two weeks after the company released the third beta and more than a month after the initial released of the firmware at WWDC 2019. If you're a registered developer, you can install the latest build right now from the Apple Developer Center. Let's dive in to see some more details on the new beta 4 of watchOS 6 and tvOS 13.

watchOS 6 Beta 4

If you're interested in giving watchOS 6 beta 4 a swing for testing purposes, it can be downloaded from the Apple Developer Center. Do take note that a proper configuration profile is required. Once you obtain the profile and set it up, the latest beta 4 can be downloaded on your Apple Watch via the dedicated Apple Watch app on your iPhone. Simply head over to Settings > Software Update and then follow the on-screen instructions.

watchOS 6

watchOS 6 is a major update considering the number of features that it will bring to the table. For instance, developers have now been bestowed with the ability to develop standalone apps for the Apple Watch. In addition, Apple Watch apps are now way less dependent on the iPhone. Other than this, there are a number of new watch faces and Taptic Chimes. Other additions include new Complications, Siri enhancements, new apps and much more.

tvOS 13 Beta 4

As for tvOS 13, beta 4 can installed on your supported Apple TV devices. The new build can be installed on compatible Apple TV devices via a profile which is installed using Xcode on Mac.

tvOS 13 brings numerous new additions like multi-user support, updated Home screen which will make it easier for individuals to discover new content.
