Today, Apple has seen fit to release the fourth public beta of its upcoming iOS 13, iPadOS,  and tvOS 13. The new beta builds arrive two weeks after the third beta was released to the public and a day after the company rolled out the fifth developer beta. You can install the latest iOS 13, iPadOS public beta 4 on your iPhone and iPad through over the air mechanism once you have installed the proper configuration on your device. iOS 13 splits for the iPhone and iPad. While they are pretty similar in a lot of ways, iPadOS does boast some iPad-specific additions and changes like the Home screen.

iOS 13 brings forward the Dark Mode, a new editing interface, a less intrusive Volume HUD and much more. If you're interested in trying out the new public beta on your compatible Apple TV device, you can do so by going to the Settings app on the set-top box and navigating to the Software Update section under "System". Once you do that, toggle on the "Get Public Beta Updates". Once it is done, the Apple TV will download the new beta build of tvOS 13.

If you're not enrolled as a public beta tester, you can do so through Apple's beta testing website. As for what's new in the latest build is not clear at this point as it might be too early to ask. tvOS 12 includes a bevy of new forward-facing additions like a new Home screen to make it easier for users to discover content. Autoplaying videos are also a part of the new update along with new live wallpapers and much more. One of the most important addition might be multi-user support, so individuals can receive their own set of recommendations based on their usage. Also, Apple Arcade is also coming with tvOS 13 so that's something to look forward to since Apple has added several Bluetooth gaming controllers support with the latest builds.
