From Software's next big RPG Elden Ring is releasing in June 2020, according to rumors.
Big retailer Target is currently listing the game with a June 30th, 2020 release date. From Software and publisher Bandai Namco have yet to confirm even a release window, but this release date seems extremely likely, as June 30th is a Tuesday and it's not among the usual placeholder dates retailers often use. Additionally, Target has been revealing games and release date early reliably for a good while now, so they are definitely trustworthy.
Elden Ring is being developed by From Software in collaboration with George R.R. Martin, the author of the Song of Ice and Fire novels, upon which the successful Game of Thrones TV Show is based. The game is being described as the biggest From Software ever developed, sporting some new features that will set it decisively apart from the Souls series.

As a writer-producer, he has worked on The Twilight Zone, Beauty and the Beast, and various feature films and pilots that were never made.
Elden Ring launches on a yet to be confirmed release date on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
