Apple has seen fit to release macOS Catalina 10.15.1 beta 2, watchOS 6.1 beta 4 and tvOS 13.2 beta 3 to developers for testing purposes. The new beta builds arrive under a week after the company released the third beta of watchOS 6.1 and the second beta of tvOS 13.2. If you're looking to install watchOS 6.1 beta 4 on your compatible Apple Watch, be sure to note that a proper configuration profile is required from the Developer Center. The new build can be downloaded through the dedicated Apple Watch app on your iPhone. Simply head over to General > Software Update.
Make sure that your Apple Watch has more than 50 percent of battery and it should be placed on the charger. Moreover, also note that your iPhone should be in the range. As for what's new in the latest watchOS 6.1 beta 4 is not clear at this point. However, we will let you guys know as soon as developers are done tinkering with the new build.
tvOS 13.2 beta 3 is available for download as well on the fourth and fifth generation of Apple TV. If you're a developer and want to test it out for yourself, the new beta build can be downloaded onto your Apple TV via a profile that is installed using Xcode on Mac.
Since the initial days, tvOS updates have brought little changes on the platform. The beta releases do contribute to the stability and overall performance.

the first update to macOS Catalina is minor, bringing fixes for bugs that were not addressed in the initial release.
