Apple Releases First Beta of watchOS 6.1.1 and tvOS 13.3 to Developers

Today, Apple has seen fit to release the first beta of watchOS 6.1.1 and tvOS 13.3 to developers for testing purposes. The new beta builds arrive a week after the company seeded watchOS 6.1 and tvOS 13.2 to the public. The new beta builds are available to download from the Apple Developer Center. Let's dive in to see what the new beta builds have in store.

Apple Seeds Beta 1 of watcOS 6.1.1 and tvOS 13.3 to Developers for Testing Purposes

Starting off with the first beta of watchOS 6.1.1, it can be installed on your compatible Apple Watch model through a profile that can be installed from the Apple Developer Center. Simply head over to the dedicated Apple Watch app on your iPhone and navigate to General > Software Update to install it.

At this point in time, it is yet unclear what the new beta build has in store. However, we will wait for the developers to tinker with the new build in case any forward-facing feature is present.

watchOS tvOS Beta

Moving towards the next beta release, tvOS 13.3 is designed for the fourth and fifth generation of the Apple TV. If you're a developer and want to test it out for yourself, it can be downloaded through a profile that is installed using Xcode.

tvOS updates have been known to bring little to no changes to the platform. However, the latest updates do contribute to the overall stability and fix bugs that were not addressed in the previous update. Nonetheless, we will update you guys as soon as something new is discovered by developers.
