Downgrade iOS 13.3.1 Back to iOS 13.3 on iPhone, iPad Before Apple Closes Signing Window

If, for any reason, you wish to downgrade iOS 13.3.1 back to iOS 13.3, you can do it as long as Apple is signing the older firmware. Before you begin, make sure that you have backed up everything to iCloud, iTunes or Finder. Once you are done with that, download the iOS 13.3 IPSW file from here and save it to your desktop.

Tutorial

Step 1. Connect your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch to your PC or Mac using a Lightning cable.

Step 2. Launch iTunes or Finder and click on your device to reveal more options.

Step 3. Hold down the left Shift key (Windows) or your left Option key (Mac) and then click on the Restore iPhone button.

Step 4. Select the iOS 13.3 IPSW file you saved to your desktop.

Step 5. Finder / iTunes will now extract the firmware contents and restore it onto your device. This may take a while and during this time do not touch your device. Once you are done, you may set up your device as brand new or simply restore the backup which you took earlier.

There are a number of reasons why you would want to downgrade iOS 13.3.1 to iOS 13.3. If you are a jailbreak user, it makes sense, but not on every single devices, obviously. Bumped into performance related issues or bad battery life? Sounds legit to us.
