This is due to the fact that it is crawling with bugs and might create issues for your everyday tasks. Now, let's get down to the instructions.

1. The first thing to note is that your iPhone should be running iOS 14 or the beta will not show up.

2. Now, make sure that your iPhone and Apple Watch are plugged in and charging and in range of each other.

3. Now download the watchOS 7 public beta profile from the Apple Public Beta website. Sign in with your Apple ID and head over to the watchOS 7 pages. Now, download the configuration profile on your iPhone.

4. Once you do that, you might need to authorize the profile and to do that, navigate to Settings > General > Profile & Device Management, tap on "Install" and follow the instructions.

5. Your Apple Watch will receive the update automatically and if it doesn't give it some time or try restarting it. To check for updates, on your iPhone, navigate to the dedicated Apple Watch app, then go to General > Software Update.
