1. The first thing that you have to do is launch the Settings app.

2. Scroll down and tap on Focus.

3. Tap on the "+" button situated on the top right corner of the screen.

4. Tap on Custom and give your Focus a name.

5. Select the Emoji or Icon that you want to use, and then tap on Next.

6. Now, choose who can send you notifications and then tap on Allow. You have the option to choose your entire contact list.

7. Now, choose the apps from which you want to receive notifications, and then tap on Allow.

8. Tap Done.

9. Lastly, simply toggle the Focus mode switch.

When you go back to the Home screen, simply swipe to bring the Control Center and then activate the Focus mode with the name that you saved in Step 4.
