For those wondering, you will have to be sure that your Galaxy S9 or the S9+ is rooted because otherwise, you will not be able to install the custom ROM. Other than that, this is all possible because of AlexisXDA and his hard work on the ROM.

Step 1: Start by turning off your Galaxy S9.

Step 2: Once the phone is turned off, boot into TWRP by pressing volume up + Bixby + power buttons together.

Step 3: Once you are in TWRP, select system, vendor, odm, data, cache, dalvik, and then swipe to wipe all of these.

Step 4: Now go back to the TWRP menu and press Reboot and then choose Recovery.

Step 5: Once TWRP reboots into recovery, press Install, select the Noble ROM zip, and swipe to flash.

Step 6: Follow the Aroma instructions. It would be better to select no debloat and clean install options.

Step 7: Once the ROM is installed, simply reboot your device and wait for it to boot.

Once the ROM is installed, the first boot does take some time but once that is done, you can start using the phone.
