We are all aware of just how famous Spotify is when you are talking about apps that are excellent for streaming music and now, the company has decided to start rolling out the highly-requested Swipe to Queue gesture on Android. For those who don't know, this feature has been on iOS devices for as long as one can remember, and now it has finally made its way to Android phones too.

The Much Awaited Swipe to Queue Feature is Slowly Rolling Out to Spotify Users on Android

For those who don't know, Spotify users on Android have been wanting the Swipe to Queue gesture for such a long time, and while the company did state that it is not looking to bring the feature over to Android but seems like a change of heart is in order. According to Reddit user u/Far-Contact-9369, the feature is finally available on the Android app and it allows the users to add tracks to the queue with a simple gesture.

However, what's important to know is that the feature is not available to all Android users around the world. This does suggest that there is a chance that Spotify is currently only testing this feature with a number of users before it decides to roll it out widely. You can check if your version of Spotify has received the update or not by playing a song and then swiping right on another track. If the feature is there, you should see an "Added to queue" pop-up.

We are also waiting for an official confirmation from Spotify about this tool, we are hoping that the company shares more details in the coming days.
