However, if you cannot afford to get your hands on a good sound system, you can tweak your computer and ensure that you get the maximum benefit. You can do different tweaks to your system and get the best possible sound experience. Just follow this tutorial, and you are good to go.
Maximize Sound Quality by Enabling Audio Enhancements
Step-1: Use the shortcut keys Win + I to open the Settings app.
Step-2: Select Sound in the System settings.
Step-3: Scroll down and in the Advanced section, select All sound devices.
Step-4: Select your preferred audio device from the Output devices list.
Step-5: Click on Advanced in Enhance audio.
Step-6: Click on the Advanced tab.
Step-7: In Signal Enhancements, select the box next to Enable audio enhancements and press Apply. Press OK.

Spatial Sound
Even if you don’t have a surround sound setup, you can create a similar experience by tweaking some settings in Windows 11.
- Right-click on the sound icon on the taskbar.
- Select Sound Settings.
- Select your audio device from the Choose where to play sound section.
- Scroll down, and under Spatial sound, you will see a drop-down menu. Select Windows Sonic for Headphones.
Sample Rate & Depth
Increasing the sample rate and depth can help distorted audio quality and improve the overall experience.
Step-1: Open the Settings app using Win + I and select Sound.
Step-2: Select your audio Output device.
Step-3: Select a higher quality level from the Format drop-down menu in the Output setting section.
Step-4: Click on Test to check the audio quality. Once satisfied, close the settings.
Change Audio Profile
Step-1: Right-click on the sound icon on the taskbar and select Sound Settings.
Step-2: Scroll down and select More sound settings.
Step-3: Double-click on your audio device.
Step-4: In the Enhancements tab, select the option you wish to add, like Voice cancellation, Equalizer, etc. Select Apply and then press OK.
Maximize Sound Quality by Automatic Enhancement
If you wish for automatic sound enhancements, you can do that too.
- Right-click on the Sound icon and select Sound settings.
- Scroll down and select All sound devices.
- Select your output device.
- Next to the Enhance audio option, there is a toggle switch. Turn it On.
