How to fix the iOS7 iMessage Messaging/SMS Problem

The Solution to fixing the imessage problem is pretty darn simple:

  1. Disable iMessage by going to Settings and than Messages
  2. Reset your network settings by going to Settings than General than Reset
  3. Finally go to Settings than Messages and re-enable iMessage

That wasn't hard at all was it? This fix should work with the iOS 7.0.2 update as well. The only problem with this fix is that your stored Wifi problems will be lost. This can be circumvented by writing them down on a piece of paper before going forward with this fix. This Fix was first posted on the Apple Support Forum.

There have also been some reports that the iMessage Problem has been fixed via a simple Power-Off for 5 Minutes and Reboot.

Although its worth mentioning that a very few percentage of people had their problems fixed by the off-on method. If you haven't updated your Apple device to iOS 7.0.2 yet we recommend doing so because that has a chance of fixing any problems too, and more importantly it will make your Apple Device less prone to a security bypass. So do update you Apple device to make sure it is immune to common security bypasses.

The iOS 7.0.2 Changelog:

- Fixes bugs that could allow someone to bypass the Lock screen passcode
- Reintroduces a Greek keyboard option for passcode entry
