NVIDIA has just announced their latest GeForce GTX 780 Ti Graphics card which would be made available in November 2013. The new GeForce GTX 780 Ti is faster than the GeForce GTX 780 and consumers less power while delivering much better gaming performance.

NVIDIA Announces GeForce GTX 780 Ti - GK110 Enhanced For Gamers

With advanced technologies such as NVIDIA G-Sync and NVIDIA GameWorks, the GeForce GTX 780 Ti would deliver amazing performance to gamers and the ease of use to PC gamers with the GeForce Experience ShadowPlay, GameStream and Live Streaming through Twitch. The GeForce GTX 780 Ti would make use of the GK110 core but aside from that NVIDIA didn't mentioned any details except that the new card would be available in November 2013.

The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti is not the cut down GTX 770 Ti we all thought NVIDIA would announce but rather a faster edition of the GeForce GTX 780 which could feature the same specifications as featured on the Quadro K6000 graphic card with 2880 Cuda cores and 12 GB of GDDR5 memory running across a 384-bit interface or it could have one more SMX module enabled resulting in 2496 Cuda cores while keeping keeping the same memory configuration. The card uses a 6+8 Pin power configuration which is same as the GTX Titan and GTX 780. The GeForce GTX 780 Ti features the same design scheme as the GeForce GTX Titan and GeForce GTX 780 featuring a gorgeously designed aluminum shroud that pushes heat inside the large vapor chamber. The GeForce GTX 780 Ti would feature Dual-Link DVI, HDMI and display ports and NVIDIA said that it would be the best solution for both 4K and 4K surround gaming.

Its easy to say that NVIDIA would pit their GeForce GTX 780 Ti as the flagship solution against the AMD's Radeon R9 290X which from recent benchmarks comes out faster than the GeForce GTX 780 but performs just a bit lower than the GeForce GTX Titan in some titles while outpacing it in a few. NVIDIA didn't detail any bit nor the pricing though we believe that after the Holiday bundle ends on the GeForce GTX cards in November, NVIDIA would slash the prices on their high-end cards and offer the GeForce GTX 780 Ti at a competitive price around $699 to tackle the AMD R9 290X.
