'Ellipsis' New Brand by Verizon Launched to Carry Affordable Devices

The Ellipsis 7 is to be the first device bearing this new name, as the '7' in the name says, the device will have a display of 7 inches of HD 720p resolution. Verizon only apps such as VZ navigator,Verizon Messages, My Verizon and Redbox Instant will also be provided while running on a Android 4.2 system. Since this is a cheap tablet, one can smell mediatek from a mile away, a quad core 1.2 GHZ processor will be used, most probably the MTK6589 which has been featured in a lot of devices and has proven its worth also.

The other specs include an average 4000mah battery coupled with 8 GB memory, however there is a SD card slot onboard through which memory is expandable. The ellipsis 7 will run on Verizon's own 4G network.

Off contract the price of $250 is not very competitive considering the Nexus 7 2013 looms around closely. A similar tablet is also offered by Alcatel which goes by the name of One Touch Evo 7 HD. We hope to see more products by the name ellipsis, since this is a value for money brand, this will help lower prices of competitors to a comfortable level.
