4K Video recording is a feature that many Android users have been able to enjoy on their devices for quite a while now. Taking videos in 4K has been something that Android users have become quite used to over the past years, but Apple fans have yet to experience the feature on their devices. The Cupertino based manufacturer has been hesitant to introduce 4K video recording on its iPhone and the iPad, perhaps owing to the power and storage requirements required by it. But, as it turns out, the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus launched earlier this year are capable of doing just that.

Take A Look At 4K Video Shot Using The iPhone 6 Above - 4K Recording Possible On Apple's Flagship.

If you want to catch a glimpse of the iPhone 6's 4K capabilities, take a look at the video above. Since its shot at 4K resolution, the video should take some time to load, so be patient. The video above has been shots using the app ProCam 2, which is available on the App Store today for a discount. To record 4K video on your iPhone 6, head over to the App Store and purchase ProCam 2 for $1.99. In order to enable 4K recording, you're going to need to make further in-app purchases of $4.99, a modest amount when it comes to 4K glory.

ProCam 2 is not the only app in the App Store when it comes to 4K video recording on the iPhone 6. The video above has been shot at a resolution of 3264 x 1836 and has been panned around slowly to avoid any problems with the iPhone 6's 30 fps limit. The resolution has then been upscaled to 4K resolution of 3840 x 1260, to make up for the lost pixels. Be free to surf around the App Store for other 4K video recording apps as well. Cheers.
