Titanfall 2 Might Be Coming To PS4

Console wars have been around ever since the two major competitors in the console world came face to face, namely Sony's PS4 and Microsoft's Xbox (Not counting Nintendo because it hosts a different set of gaming and is not compared in the console world to these two). Gamers have always had their sides  in the war and now it is becoming increasingly popular among gamers saying that PC is the way to go because it the least disputed territory in gaming and because it hosts the same type of games. You, as a gamer, have probably chosen yours and this will come as a small shock. Yes, reports are that "Titanfall 2" might also feature on the PlayStation 4.

The Popular Multiplayer First-Person Shooter Game Comes to PS4

As it says in the heading, Titanfall is a 2014 multiplayer first-person shooter video game developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts. It's first part is a Microsoft Windows and Xbox Exclusive whereas the second part has its fair share of  question marks. It is being speculated that the game will "be a bigger footprint than just a single platform" as said by Blake Jorgensen (CFO at Electronic Arts), during today’s Technology, Internet & Media Conference in San Francisco. He dropped a huge bomb on the gaming community and in full context he said:

"Last year it was on the Xbox only; in the future, we haven’t yet announced, but we'll probably have another Titanfall game. It will probably be a bigger footprint than just a single platform. I think that’s a huge positive for us."

While the coming of Titanfall 2 remains officially unannounced, Jorgensen did mention that the game's developers will "probably have another Titanfall game" and it could come to PlayStation 4 platform. The game, before its release, was one of the most highly anticipated titles, probably because of the legacy of Call of Duty carried by its developers. But even after its release the game won over 60 awards at its E3 2013 reveal, including a record-breaking six E3 Critics Awards. It also won official awards at Gamescom and the Tokyo Game Show.

The game has generally received positive reviews all around and Xbox team has received another big blow after the decline of its sales continuously as compared to the PS4. With the lineup of exclusive for the PS4, the Xbox team will have to work hard if they still want to be in this console war. Right now its not looking good for the Microsoft console.
