Apple has also seeded OS X 10.11 Public Beta 2 today along with releasing iOS 9 Public Beta 2. This latest release follows the fourth beta of OS X El Capitan that Apple seeded to registered developers yesterday. OS X 10.11 El Capitan was unveiled in June at WWDC and introduces several feature and performance improvements to Mac.
OS X 10.11 Public Beta 2 released:
Apple has released the second public beta of Mac OS X El Capitan to testers. The public beta helps Mac users test new features and submit feedback which helps Apple polish the operating system and make it ready for release in fall. The latest OS X 10.11 Public Beta 2 is bringing in all the bug fixes and regular performance improvements that El Capitan Beta 4 brought to registered developers yesterday. You can expect to see a polished OS as we get near to the final release in a few months' time.
OS X El Capitan brings in a cleaner Mission Control, ability to run two full screen apps side-by-side, refined Spaces, Spotlight equipped with additional sources for finding data and support for natural language queries, improvements in Mail and Safari app, and of course the complete new Notes app are only some of the highlights of the latest OS.
