Xiaomi users will soon be able to try out the new Windows 10 Mobile preview builds as Windows Insider program is ready to start rolling for the Mi 4 smartphones. However, before the Insider program for Xiaomi is officially launched, a leaked Windows 10 Mobile 10240 video showcases the preview build on a Mi 4.

While the Mi 4 users eagerly await to start testing the preview builds of Windows 10 Mobile on their smartphones, a leaked video surfaced online shows that some Mi 4 handsets are already running the preview builds. Coming from China, this video (which you can watch here) features the social networking site Weibo and messaging app popular in the country, QQ along with other apps and utilities. From the leaked Windows 10 Mobile video, it does seem like the upcoming operating system is running smoothly on the high-end Xiaomi Mi 4 handset.
Microsoft's Joe Belfiore had tweeted about the Insider program for Xiaomi smartphones back in July. He had promised that the Insider program will commence in China over the 'next few weeks.'

Microsoft also rolled out a Windows 10 Mobile custom ROM for the Mi 4 earlier this year to test the operating system on Xiaomi hardware. There's no information about the exact date the Windows 10 Insider program will kick off for Xiaomi handsets, but it might be coming very soon to the users in China.
