With many of us busy in our daily lives, we don't have enough time to go through Cydia and check upon new tweaks and packages that sit snuggly in many repos. But fret not, we are back with our weekly roundup of tweaks and packages which you should definitely check out this weekend.

ColorFlow 2 Updated To Support iOS 8.4

ColorFlow 2 is a recently released tweak on Cydia that makes your eyes love the Now Playing screen in the Music app even more. Sometimes, the artwork just doesn't get along with Apple Music or the Spotify interface and can get boring at times. This tweak will ensure that it does the best job to modify the Music app, lock screen, and Spotify app to match your album artwork.

NoSafariHistory - Hide History Searches In Normal Safari Mode

Private browsing is one of the most useful functionality in our stock browser, Safari. Using this feature, users ensure that none of their data is collected for advertising purposes, no pre-set credentials, cache files, cookies, or even browsing history. However, what if getting rid of saving the history searches is something that we need instead of anything else? That's not possible on a non-jailbroken device, but it sure is on any device with access to Cydia.

A new Cydia tweak called NoSafariHistory is here to help us hide our searches in the history folder without having to enter private browsing. This means you can continue to automatically log into a page without entering your username or password (pre-set credentials), provide cookies to websites, and basically use the regular Safari Web browser.

Ever wished you were a able to disable browsing or search history in safari, but didn't want to be in Private Browsing? This tweak is what you've been looking for. It disables browsing history and search history in Safari on iOS 8.

Users who are interested in this tweak can download it for free from Cydia's BigBoss repo.

BBM+ - Power-User Tweak For BlackBerry Messenger

There are a ton of iMessage alternatives out there on the App Store. But when someone wants to get great suggestions, they often hear KiK, Twitter, WhatsApp, and BlackBerry Messenger. When BBM first hit the App Store, it was a trending messaging platform for iOS and Android. Even though this app provides a handful of features, there is still room for improvements.

This is why you would want to install BBM+, a jailbreak tweak that puts your BlackBerry Messenger app on steroids. This package will allow you to add certain functions to BBM that's impossible with the stock app.

  • Disable showing message as read (until you reply the message)
  • Hide "is writing a message..." notification
  • Disable Ads on from displaying on BBM
  • Send unlimited PING
  • Disable Screenshot Notification on timed messages / photos
  • Unlimited timer on timed messages / photos

Getting BBM+ off the ground is super easy. Go to Cydia's BigBoss repo and install the tweak, then go to its settings page and enable whichever features you want to use.

SmartClose - Save Battery And Close Background Apps

SmartClose is not a newly released jailbreak tweak, in fact, it has been around for a few years already but on Ryan Petrich's beta repo. The well-known developer recently updated it to support iPhone and iPad that are running on iOS 8 and above.

For those of you who don't know what this is, it basically puts your background apps into deep sleep via Activator until you open it again. The process is quick, easy, doesn't even require you to open the app switcher, and most importantly, help preserve battery. You can download SmartClose for free from the BigBoss repo.

That is it for this week, folks. Let us know which one is your favorite tweak on Cydia and whether or not we missed anything that deserves a mention? Sound off in the comments section below!
