Jack Joyce fights for survival in a world where time is broken. With his family in danger and the world at the brink of collapse, Jack must battle the evil Monarch Solutions using the only weapon he has: time itself. Set to a haunting cover of the iconic Nirvana track “Come As You Are,” this trailer immerses you in the time-bending experience of Quantum Break.

Quantum Break will be released simultaneously for PC and Xbox One within 3 weeks. The game will be the first DX12 only PC title. For PC, the action title requires at least a Geforce GTX 760 or Radeon R7 260X with 2GB of VRAM. Remedy and Microsoft recommend a GTX 970 or Radeon R9 390 with 4GB of VRAM. On Ultra settings, a GTX 980 Ti or Radeon R9 Fury X is required.

Remedy's upcoming game will consist of 5 acts, connected through 4 subbed and dubbed action TV-episodes, that are unlocked after each game act. The duration of each act depends on gameplay style, and the choices the player makes. According Remedy, each TV-episode will be 22 minutes long. These episodes are skippable, but the developer recommends to watch in order to "flesh" out the game's story.

Quantum Break was first scheduled for a release in 2014, but has been delayed multiple times. The most recent delay was due to a clash with other Xbox One exclusives releasing late 2015, according Microsoft. Remedy’s Sam Lake, has assured fans that the extra development time on the game, will be used to further “polish” the game.

As said, Quantum Break will be released for PC and Xbox One on April 5th.
