Downgrade iOS 9.3.2 Beta To iOS 9.3.1 Public Release
1. First and foremost, make sure you have iTunes installed on your computer. If you don't, then you can grab your free copy by going to apple.com/itunes.
2. Once downloaded and installed, launch iTunes.
3. Download the iOS 9.3.1 firmware file made specifically for your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch. Save it on your desktop.
4. Connect your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch to your computer.
5. Select your iOS device from the top left hand corner of iTunes.
6. Hold down the left 'Shift' key (Windows) or left 'Option' key (Mac) and then click on the 'Restore iPhone' button in iTunes.
7. iTunes will now ask you to point it towards an iOS firmware file. Therefore select iOS 9.3.1 you downloaded in step 3 on your desktop.
iTunes will process the IPSW firmware file, verify it with Apple and begin the restore process. The entire process will barely take a few minutes and we highly recommend that you do not do anything else on your PC or Mac while things are in action.
