Star Wars Battlefront has already received its first paid DLC pack in the past few months, and it will receive yet another one named Bespin soon. A few hours ago, EA and DICE have finally confirmed when the DLC pack will be made available on all formats.
EA and DICE have confirmed that the Star Wars Battlefront Bespin DLC pack will be released on June 21st for all those who have purchased the game's Season Pass. The DLC will become available for purchase for everyone else two weeks later.
More details on the Star Wars Battlefront Bespin DLC have also come in. Thanks to the upcoming DLC pack, players will be able to control the legendary smuggler Lando Calrissian and the bounty hunter Dengar.
Lando and Dengar both feature new traits that will give them unique gameplay abilities. Dengar is a villain that thrives on being in a fight. He wields the DLT-19, which makes him the first Hero with a heavy blaster so far. Lando is very skilled with a blaster too, but his greatest talent comes from knowing the odds and using tricks against his enemies.
Also mentioned as part of the Bespin DLC pack are the X-8 Night Sniper and the EE-4 weapons.
Take to the skies in the new cloud car vehicle and journey through Cloud City and the Administrator’s Palace. The Bespin digital expansion will feature two new blasters to add to your arsenal. No matter your preference of short or long range combat, there will be something new to try out in Cloud City. Hunt enemies within the Bioniip Laboratories or carbon-freezing chambers with the new X-8 Night Sniper and EE-4 blasters.
More details on the Bespin DLC will be coming soon, according to the publisher, so there's a very good chance that we will learn more about the matter during the E3 2016.
Star Wars Battlefront is now available in all regions on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The Bespin DLC will be released on June 21st for Season Pass holders and two weeks later for everyone else.
