Pokemon GO is an extremely fun little and proved itself to be a smash hit in a matter of hours right after its big release. And while the game does offer countless amounts of entertainment, but it's a bad omen for your device's battery life. Sure you can go out and about carrying a power bank in your pocket to keep things juiced up, but it's not exactly ideal and many of us don't have that luxury 24/7. So what should you do in order to keep things 'good' in the battery life department while also playing Pokemon GO? Turn on Pokemon GO's 'Batter Saver' mode, of course. We'll show you how.

1. First and foremost launch the Pokemon GO game from your home screen.

2. Once you're into the game, tap on the Poke Ball at the bottom of the screen.

3. See that 'Settings' button at the top right hand corner? Tap on that.

4. Turn on the 'Battery Saver' option as shown in the screenshot below.

From here on in Pokemon GO will consume the least amount of battery on your iPhone, iPad or Android device. You can also take things further by turning on Low Power Mode on your iPhone. Navigate to Settings > Battery and move the 'Low Power Mode' switch to the ON position.

Wrap Up

Pokemon GO is no doubt a phenomenal release by Niantic. It's absolutely free to download and play with in-app purchases being part of the package to further enhance your experience. If you're a Pokemon fan and haven't given the game a try then we highly recommend doing so immediately. iOS users can download the game from here, while Android users can head over to this link. Like we said before, the game is absolutely free to download and play.

Remember, when you're out and about catching Pokemon, we highly advise players to take extreme caution. There are countless reports flying on the Web regarding players getting into a lot of trouble just for the sake of catching that one Pokemon which no one else has. For instance, while driving, we wouldn't recommend risking your life, or anyone else's, for Pikachu. Put your smartphone down and concentrate on the road instead.

With the warning out of the way, you're now ready to catch em' all!
