Pangu 1.1 Has Been Released - We Recommend Everyone To 'Download And Reinstall'
The Pangu jailbreak for iOS 9.3.3 came as a big surprise for users around the globe. But there are a couple of problems with the jailbreak. The first one: it's semi-tethered. This means you have to re-jailbreak your device every single time it loses power or restarts. The second problem with the jailbreak is that it requires a signed certificate in order to install the Pangu app, which makes the jailbreaking happen in the first place. This in turn means that the certificate expires after 7 days, forcing you to plug your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch to your computer and jailbreak again.
Thankfully, Pangu 1.1 is here which aims to turn tables around. Why? Because it features a new 'Embedded Certificate' option, which means if you jailbreak right now the certificate won't expire before April 2017. Yes, you read that right. There is no 7 day certificate expiry if you use the new and updated tool.
So what should users do right now? Well, download the latest tool (linked below) and follow our jailbreak guide (linked below as well) and re-jailbreak in order to reap the benefits of the newly released update.

Remember, once you're at the last step of the jailbreak make sure you select the "Use embedded certificate effective until April 2017" option, otherwise your certificate will be limited to just 7 days.

It's great to see the Pangu Team adding a lick of polish to its tool as time passes by. While we can't say for whether or not the jailbreak will grace the 'untethered' status at a certain point in the future, but one has to laud the efforts put forward by the Chinese team.
