Till now, we only had an imagination of what LG Watch Style would look like in the form of renders. However, what we have for you now is the first look of what the upcoming wearable is going to look like courtesy of the latest leak.

Packaging Leak of the LG Watch Style Shows Exactly How It Can Be Seen in Renders – Circular Watch Face With Attention to Detail

The packaging details courtesy of GSMArena detail the codename of the wearable as LG-W270 as well as the fact that the smartwatch has been manufactured in Korea last month. This would mean that the wearable and its higher-end model, LG Watch Sport have already been in distribution so it looks like an actual announcement date is going to be upon us soon.

There are no specification details listed on the packaging, but the circular watch face is something that I personally prefer. Sure, this is more of a personal preference, so you guys might have something completely different in mind when wanting to purchase a wearable. LG Watch Sport is expected to come running Android Wear 2.0 out of the box, and apart from that, it will be available to purchase in the following colored models:

  • Titanium
  • Dark blue
  • Rose Gold

Coming to its specifications, previous leaks and rumors have not detailed a chipset running inside the wearable, but we do know that it will be running the following hardware and provide support for these features:

  • Display and resolution: 1.20-inch OLED panel with 360 x 360 resolution
  • RAM: 512MB
  • Internal memory: 4GB
  • Battery capacity: 240mAh
  • Features: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Google Assistant integration, heart rate sensor, Android Pay support, and telephony support
  • Protection: IP67

The price of the wearable is expected to be $249, which isn’t so bad looking at what you’re getting in return. Let us hope that the battery life has improved in contrast to previous generation products.
