Word from the Opera website is that the Opera Mobile 10.1 Beta release will hit Android phones on the 9th of November. Expected features include pinch-to-zoom and Geolocation, among others.
To kick off the upcoming release, Opera are holding a nifty little wallpaper competition in which they are "looking for the most badass Opera wallpaper for Android phones". Here's the sweet part: The winner gets to walk away with a brand new top spec Samsung Galaxy S smartphone. So flex those creative muscles and get to work on your favorite image editing tools.
