The pre-order price of the Galaxy S8 that features 6GB or RAM and 128GB of storage will set the customer back by KRW 990,000 ($872). For the Galaxy S8+ however, they should expect to pay a four-figure sum as that amount will reach KRW 1,155,000 ($1,016). Fortunately, Samsung has added something special for those who go the distance and spend a lot of money trying to get their hands on the full-spec’d out Galaxy S8+.
Samsung states that those who pre-order the Galaxy S8+ with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of native storage will get a free DeX station as a bonus. According to more details, deliveries of pre-ordered units should begin in 18 days so it will require you to practice a little run of patience while the handsets and their accessories get delivered to your doorstep. The sad thing about this announcement is that Samsung has limited this offer to just Korea, but if you wish you can still place a pre-order of the Galaxy S8+ and snag yourself a free DeX Station.
The trouble with this approach is that the items reaching your desired region could add up the total cost and it is also possible that the network frequency of the device might not be compatible with your country so there will be limited connectivity for you when you unpack it.
We understand that Samsung should have introduced similar deals in other countries not to mention providing consumers with a completely spec’d-out Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ but the company needs to start shifting the momentum in its direction and that will start on its home turf.
