AMD is reportedly launching its enthusiast Radeon RX Vega graphics card lineup consisting of Nova, Eclipse & Core on June 5th. The three SKU lineup will be priced starting at $399 and will go all the way up to $599.
AMD Allegedly Rolling Out Radeon RX Vega Nova, Radeon RX Vega Eclipse & Radeon RX Vega Core On June 5th
Leading AMD's Vega pack is reportedly going to be the Radeon RX Vega Nova, a $599 flagship graphics card that's set to compete with NVIDIA's GETX 1080 Ti. Second in line is the Radeon RX Vega Eclipse, priced at $499 this board will slug it out with NVIDIA's GTX 1080. The entry level enthusiast part will reportedly be called Radeon RX Vega Core and will compete with aftermarket GTX 1070 cards with a price tag of $399.
- Radeon RX Vega Nova. This part is said to feature the full 4096 GCN core Vega 10 GPU and run at an impressive clock speed of 1.6GHz, which is slightly higher than AMD's previous estimates and significantly higher than Polaris. This card will reportedly compete with NVIDIA's GTX 1080 Ti.
- Radeon RX Vega Eclipse. This part is said to feature the same Vega 10 GPU, all be it make use of air cooling and run at a more modest clock speed of around ~1.5GHz.
- Radeon RX Vega Core. This part is said to feature a cut back Vega 10 GPU. It's also said to be air cooled and feature a relatively lower clock speed compared to the Nova board.

This is all very much a rumor at this point, so please take this information with a grain of salt. What you're about to read however in the next part of the article is not part of what this report ( via TechPowerUP ) alleges, but rather on information that comes in some form or other directly from AMD itself. Except for the June 5th launch date, which I should make very clear is also merely a rumored release date and is by no means confirmed.
AMD Building A Liquid Cooled Dual GPU Vega Graphics Card
Linux drivers have consistently proven to be an invaluable source of information regarding the company's upcoming next generation Vega graphics products. An update that came out last week to the open-source Linux graphics driver stack contains some very revealing code pertaining to the company's latest and greatest graphics chips.
The update included two brand new Vega device IDs, one of which has been spotted yesterday at the compubench database. This new Vega graphics board has all the signs of a production ready sample. It features 16GB of second generation High Bandwidth Memory -- HBM2 -- and features a GPU frequency of 1600MHz.
The second ID spotted in the Linux driver code refers to a new liquid cooled Vega dual GPU board. This board was unmentioned in the rumored Vega launch on June 5th, this may perhaps be because it's a Radeon Pro or Radeon Instinct part rather than a gaming board.
Vega Debuting At Computex On May 31st And Rumored To Launch The Following Week On June 5th
AMD confirmed last week that it will be hosting a press conference at Computex to talk about upcoming graphics and CPU products. It's expected that the company will debut Vega graphics cards and Ryzen 9 "ThreadRipper" enthusiast CPUs with up to 16 cores at the event.

If the recent rumor is to be believed Vega should officially launch the week following Computex. This we haven't been able to verify as of yet. But, when all is said and done we're all in for quite a ride over the next few weeks, so buckle up folks.
