Last year, CD Projekt Red released the second and final expansion for their successful The Witcher 3. The expansion, called Blood and Wine, includes a brand new regions to explore, the duchy of Toussaint, which also features a beautiful city that looks nothing like the other big cities found in the game.

During GDC 2017, CD Projekt Red0s Kacper Niepokolczycki detailed the creation of the city of Beauclair from its early design to the final steps. The video is rather long, but it's a very interesting watch for both The Witcher fans and for those who just want to learn more about video games development.
