Apple has just announced the much-awaited upgraded Apple TV set-top box, and it now comes loaded with 4K Ultra HD support. It has got powerful hardware that delivers stunning 4K videos.

The new Apple TV 4K comes with much more powerful hardware than its previous model, and it comes integrated with an A10X Fusion processor (the same SoC that powers the current iPad Pro). There is 3GB of RAM on the new Apple TV 4K that makes the CPU twice as fast as the previous model. This new hardware ensures seamless playback of 4K content at up to 60 frames per second. It goes without saying that the new Apple TV 4K brings Apple into the realm of competitors like Roku, Amazon, and Chrome that are already delivering 4K content.

Apple overhauled the entire UI and made it available in the 4K resolution. The new upgraded Apple TV also comes geared with gaming capabilities that will satisfy the gamer in you. With 4K support, gaming on the console becomes a lot more appealing. The graphic performance has enhanced manifolds, thanks to the A10X chipset onboard.
