The Galaxy Note 8 is still limited to 4K video recording at 30 frames per second, meaning that Samsung will eventually be rolling out a software update that will allow the phone to go toe-to-toe against Apple’s newest smartphone family.

The added benefit of owning a Note 8 is that not only does it feature a base model that sports 64GB of UFS 2.1 storage, but it also has a slot for you to expand your existing storage.

With the amount of memory 4K video at 60FPS will consume, having an option to expand your storage is a godsend. Are you excited that the Galaxy Note 8 will finally be able to get UHD-recording capability at 60 frames per second? Tell us down in the comments.
