Out of these, it's confirmed that Google will launch the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL next month. Information for the Nokia 9 is surfacing with some regularity as well, although the HMD led brand is quiet on the matter. Today for all the folks waiting on the device, we've got another render for the Nokia 9. Take a look below to find out more.

Nokia 9's Alleged Render Shows Similar Front As Samsung's Galaxy S8; Dual Camera And Fingerprint Sensor Also Present At Back

Nokia created quite a ruckus earlier this year, after the Nokia 6's success. The device is handmade for Eastern markets. With its success, rumors of not one, but two flagship smartphones from the company started surfacing. Pretty soon, we also got an alleged Nokia 9 hands on review as well. But then, Apple's iPhone X launched pushed every other device to the sideline.

Nokia quietly launched the Nokia 8 but didn't gain media traction simply because of the device's display. Now, the company will make up for this on the Nokia 9. As mentioned, the latest information puts all the required aesthetics for a flagship classification in Android, on the smartphone. An important leak from the only Chinese source in town posted some renders for the smartphone.

The image today is a complement to earlier renders by the same person. But this time, they feature more details. Last time, the same source rendered the Nokia 9 with 3D glass. This added to the smartphone's aesthetics, and also hinted towards wireless charging. Today, we've got fresh renders for the Nokia's front. These show a 5.7 inch, QHD edge to edge display. Now that's a display worthy of a flagship smartphone. However, it's nothing new and won't help HMD in the long run.

After all, this year it's been all about edge to edge, OLED displays. For instance, if Apple didn't incorporate such a display on its iPhone X as a complement to Face ID, there wouldn't be a need for a $1200 price tag. All flagships have it and so will the Nokia 9. Now if we could only get some fresh details for the device's launch, and more importantly its price. Current rumors suggest something between $700-$800. Thoughts?
