A brand new teaser from Huawei showcasing the expected capabilities of the Mate 10 has been released. The largest Chinese smartphone manufacturer claims in the teaser that the Mate 10 ‘is not a smartphone’ and we’re only guessing that this tagline has been introduced so the upcoming flagship is able to take on Apple’s latest iPhone family. With the iPhone X yet to be released, the Mate 10 could cover some much-needed ground and take away a substantial market away from the Cupertino tech giant.
Huawei Wants People to Know That Its Upcoming Mate 10 Is ‘an Intelligent Machine’
After watching the trailer, Huawei is hinting that the smartphones average consumers use on a daily basis are considered dumb compared to what the Mate 10 will be capable of. What the company is attempting to market is the intelligent capabilities of the phone, with rumors suggesting that the flagship will have an AI processor strictly made to learn from the users’ habits and provide results accordingly for a more flexible and ‘easy to use’ mobile experience.
If you’re wondering about the specifications of the device, there are said to be two models, the Huawei Mate 10 Pro and the regular Mate 10.
