Downgrading will erase everything off your device. Make sure you've backed up everything to a safe and secure location before proceeding.

1. Download the firmware to which you wish to downgrade to.

2. Now download iTunes for your computer if you haven't already. You can grab it from: apple.com/itunes

3. Connect your iPhone or iPad to your PC or Mac using a Lightning cable.

4. Launch iTunes, click on the little icon on the top left hand corner that looks like a little iPhone.

5. Now click on the Restore iPhone button while holding down the left Option key (Mac) or the left Shift key (Windows).

6. Select the IPSW firmware file you downloaded in step 1.

7. iTunes will now verify the firmware with Apple and restore your device. The entire process will not take more than a few minutes. Once it is complete, you can set up your device as brand new.

If you are downgrading to iOS 10.3.3, then I would highly recommend that you make up your mind about it immediately. There's no telling when Apple will stop signing the firmware, leaving you out in the cold. After all, iOS 11 is brand new firmware with certain bugs of its own which will be polished as time passes on. Therefore going back to iOS 10 is a great way to make things increasingly stable.
