Elon Musk is known for a lot of things. From launching rockets to the latest Roadster, Musk never seizes to amaze us. Now, we're ready to see another cool product that might excite a lot of you out there. The guy teased that The Boring Company would start selling the flamethrower after it ran out of its 50,000 hats. What looked more like a joke turned out to be the real deal. That's right, The Boring Company is now selling the flamethrower for $500 and you can pre-order it right now if you want to. The Boring Company Flamethrower is real and fully functional and it was revealed by Musk on Saturday. As you can see from the Instagram video embedded below, the staff seems to well-trained presumably. Furthermore, the marketing copy of the fire-breathing gadget "guarantee" that it will "liven up any party". This is for sure, irrespective of the price tag.


If you're interested in getting it for yourself or for a special occasion, do take note that the $500 price does not include any tax and shipping costs. The initial shipments will be deployed in the springtime. In addition to this, a disclaimer on international shipping also reads that shipments would incur extra fees. if you have purchased one of these, you are also required to review and accept a terms and conditions document before getting it through the mail.

APart from all the heat, The Boring Company is also seeling a $30 fire extinguisher to go with. While making perfect sense of the combination, they admit that the price tag is greater than what you would pay elsewhere. However, it does feature a sticker that doesn't justify the extra cost. Nonetheless, the company sure does know how to make an upsell with core relevance.

It seems the Boring Company is not so boring after all. The company is all devoted to tunnel boring and it's too early to ask for any positive results.
