Subset Games of FTL fame (consisting of two developers, Justin Ma and Matthew Davis) announced that their new game, Into the Breach, will be available for Windows PC via Steam on February 27th. It's also expected to be available for Mac and Linux PCs, although at a later date; consoles and mobile devices will be considered for porting but are not a priority, according to Subset Games.

Into the Breach's premise is very reminiscent of Pacific Rim, in case you're familiar with the movie whose sequel will hit theaters next month. Into the Breach features writing by Chris Avellone and music by Ben Prunty. Below you can find a brief description of its main features.
