- The first thing that you have to do is tap on your account icon.
- Once you do that, select Settings.
- In the options available tap on "dark theme" in order to turn it on.

Once enabled, you will see that many of the colors of the user interface are inverted. The conventional white background will shift to a black background which will not strain your eyes.
