ASUS one of the most recognizable and well-respected brands in the PC components world has this week announced the newest H370 and B360 motherboards, ranging from their Prime, TUF and Republic of Gamers Strix lineup, this should come as good news to those looking to save a few dollars and aren't interested in overclocking. These are not bare featured boards by any stretch of the imagination and should fit many gamers needs who aren't interested in overclocking.
ASUS B360 TUF, Strix, And Prime Aim To Give Full Features Without Overclocking
ASUS has said they've deployed these chipsets across a complete family of ASUS 300-series motherboards that are loaded with exclusive technologies, feature unparalleled durability and a focus on ease-of-use that help everyone get the most out of their PCs.
They promise with this deep lineup that they can find the perfect board for every user with very different aesthetics and feature sets.
The critically acclaimed UEFI BIOS should make it easy to dial-in your rig and is generally a bit better than the competition. Along with providing the usual selection of intuitive tuning options, it has a new search function that lets you quickly find and modify specific settings which would make life very easy. Configuration profiles can now be saved and shared with others, and the firmware retains them after updates.
While many are looking to get into PC gaming but are unsure of how to jump into the waters, ASUS makes it easier on you with raising or lowering fan speed based on GPU tempature although it only will do so on specific ASUS graphics cards.
One addition ASUS has made over their previous Z370 boards is more USB 3.1 Gen 2 support which is a welcome addition along with retaining support for Intel Optaine Memory support which has seen lukewarm reception so far.
