As more and more Chinese smartphone manufacturers are experimenting with newer technologies, we feel that the rest of the competition should pick up the pace accordingly. OnePlus is not considered to be a phone maker that comes with ground-breaking technologies, although it has been hinted that the OnePlus 6T is going to be released in the future. This latest concept reveals what a futuristic OnePlus 6T could look like and it is geared more towards the Vivo NEX S.

OnePlus 6T Also Gets an in-Display Fingerprint Reader and a Pop-up Camera With a Dual-Lens

Science and Knowledge have come up with a brand new OnePlus 6T and when you take a look at it in the video below, let us be honest, it is highly unlikely that the company is going to be releasing something along the lines of this, but at least one can pray.

The concept video reveals that the OnePlus 6T will have an ‘all screen’ front, using its Optic AMOLED screen technology, which probably explains why the phone was able to feature the in-display fingerprint reader. This ‘all screen’ design is something that we have seen on the OPPO Find X as well and if the OnePlus 6T actually featured a design like this, then you can rest assure that the device would not sport the affordability factor and buzz that it comes with right now.

Even the OnePlus 6 starts from $529, which is a far cry from being affordable, but in comparison to other smartphones that now occupy the super-premium category, it is definitely cheaper. If you take a look at the video below, there is also a pop-up selfie camera, similar to the one that we’ve seen on the Vivo NEX S, but this time, it features a dual-lens upgrade.

If OnePlus does bring out something like this in the future, then sign us up immediately.
