Nexus S 4G to receive 2.3.5 update

Ammar Malik

Nexus S, the pure Android phone from Samsung is due to receive an update that will bump its Android version from 2.3.4 to 2.3.5. What warrants a + 0.1 change?  Well for starters it will enable a secure element in its NFC chip which will then make it compatible with the upcoming Google wallet. Secondly it's suppose to fix various bugs, the most important of which has been the weak WiFi and WIMAX antenna issue that has been plaguing the phone since its inception. The update is due to roll out sometime next week.
