[ORIGINAL STORY]

A Forza Horizon 4 demo should be available later today. Neither Microsoft nor Playground Games actually announced it yet, but it's listed on the Microsoft Store alongside the download size (27.83 GB).

It is unclear what kind of content will be available in this Forza Horizon 4 demo. Regardless, it will be a great way to test the highly anticipated open world racing game, particularly for PC players as they'll be able to test how the game runs after the developers revealed lower system requirements than the previous game, Forza Horizon 3.

When he played the game at Gamescom, Chris loved it.

Forza Horizon 4 looks, sounds and feels absolutely fantastic, though. Add into that the changing seasons, the beautiful environments and the considerably more complex verticality of the Scottish Highlands and you’re on to a winner. For PC players like myself, the game’s recommended specs are set to achieve 60 FPS and there’s the inclusion of extreme settings for those with the best rigs.

To round it all off, Playground Games have promised a huge amount of post-launch support, promising new content every week. This includes two new cars, every single week, for the first 26 weeks after launch.

As a reminder, Forza Horizon 4 will launch on Xbox One and Windows 10 PC on October 2nd, though the Ultimate Edition, priced at $99.99, provides early access starting September 28th (as well as access to all upcoming expansions and car packs). The game supports Xbox Play Anywhere, so purchasing it digitally will unlock it for use on both platforms with cross-save and cross-platform play. Lastly, Forza Horizon 4 is included as part of the Xbox Game Pass subscription.

With a roster of over 450 cars, the new dynamic seasons and a shared open world set in the United Kingdom, Microsoft is betting that it will be the biggest and best-selling title ever in the Forza franchise.
