Apple Website Leak Confirms Names For All 2018 iPhone Models Ahead Of Launch
Names of all three variants of the 2018 iPhone have been leaked and the only aspect not clear at this point is whether the company will use the upper case or lower case for the 'S' letter. The leaked names are mentioned below.
- iPhone XS (XS)
- iPhone XS Max (XS Max)
- iPhone Xr (XR)
The site had found names to the upcoming three variants of the 2018 iPhone in links to their cases.
Ahead of the unveiling of the 2018 iPhone devices, Apple has updated its product sitemap file which clearly states the name of the upcoming devices — iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max.
The Apple product sitemap has links to otterbox cases for iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max. There are links to some silicone and leather cases as well in Black, White, Midnight Blue, Productured, Stone, Taupe, Saddle Brown and many more color options.
The iPhone Xr name was also found on various other links which also revealed that the device will be available in several different colors. Since it was discovered, the sitemap has been taken offline. On the other hand, even though Allthings.how managed to take a screenshot of the file with iPhone names, the names are not present in the file which was downloaded. It is possible that the company replaced the file between a screenshot and the download.
Apart from this, the sitemap also revealed that the iPhone XS will feature three storage variants: 64GB, 256GB, and 512GB.
