Although the feature is yet to be unveiled officially, developers have managed to enable Google's Pixel-only Night Sight feature and even made it work on other devices such as the OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T. Google’s Night Sight feature allows supported devices take surprisingly good low light photos using the power of Google's machine learning prowess. The conventional LED flash can only do so much to illuminate dark areas, so machine learning goes a long way in helping the user to take detailed low-noise pictures under low light conditions. In situations where even your eyes may not be able to pick out details due to the darkness, Night Sight manages to capture details that would otherwise have been obscured by the darkness.

XDA Developers managed to get their hands on a modded Google Camera port that works on Android 9 Pie ROMs or MIUI Pie Beta ROMs for the Poco F1 and Mi 8. As expected, not all of the features will work as intended but some of the ones that do work include Night Sight, ZSL HDR+, HDR+ Enhanced, portrait mode on the front and the back camera as well as video recording up to 4K 30FPS. The port is still in development, so it may be unstable and crash now and then. Additionally, there are a few bugs related to EIS, video focus and slow-motion quality. The APK can be used alongside your devices' stock camera application, so you can always switch back if things aren't working out. You can download the APK using this link.
