A new update is now available for the Samsung Members app which supports for the upcoming OneUI Beta program. Alongside their much-awaited flexible displays, Samsung also confirmed that it would launch the beta later this month. The beta in question is the Android 9.0 Pie beta that we all have been waiting for. The company said at SDC 2018 last week that the beta program will be launched for the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ later this month. The Samsung Members app has been updated with support for the OneUI beta program, indicating that it may go live within the next few days. The update shows that it may not be long before the beta goes live.

It was reported a couple of days ago that the beta might go live on November 15, at least in Germany, which is one of the first markets where the program will go live. Others regions that will follow suit include the United States and South Korea. Lastly, Samsung will then expand the beta to India, China, Poland, France, Spain and the United Kingdom in the second phase. The beta program will initially only be for the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+. Unfortunately, Galaxy Note 9 owners will have to sit this one out until a later point in time. However, Samsung has already confirmed that a OneUI-based Android 9 Pie build will be released for the Galaxy Note 9 and Galaxy S9/S9+ in January 2019. You can download the latest version of the app via the Play Store. The option to sign up for the beta should show up shortly after its announced, so keep an eye out for it.
