THQ Nordic has announced two studio acquisitions today. They have purchased Coffee Stain Studios (Deep Rock Galactic) and Bugbear Entertainment (Wreckfest). Below you can find the customary statements from the respective executives.

After some years without major releases, the pipeline of new game releases such as Satisfactory and Deep Rock Galactic look strong. It is not a coincidence that the announcements came today, since THQ Nordic just published their Q3 2018 financial report, too. The publisher is doing well and CEO Lars Wingefors recalled the recent acquisitions of important IPs like Alone in the Dark, Kingdoms of Amalur and TimeSplitters. He also said the publisher is working on fifty-five games right now, thirty-five of which haven't been announced yet.
