The iPad Pro that Apple launched a little while back costs $799 for the 64GB model. With the purchase, you get a smaller footprint, Face ID, the powerful 7nm FinFET A12X Bionic chipset and the ability to magnetically charge the Apple Pencil. If you want the LTE variant or if you want gobs of storage, you will have to spend a lot more money. If you don’t mind the previous-generation design that includes the home button, perhaps the discounted 12.9-inch iPad Pro models will suit your needs.

Keep in mind that the 2018 12.9-inch iPad Pro starts at $999 for the 64GB storage model, and the offer that B&H has presented sounds like an attractive one. All color models are being sold at the online retailer, with an LTE modem and 256GB internal memory a part of the package. This will result in savings of $330, but it should be noted that you will be charging the Apple Pencil by inserting the accessory’s back in the Lightning Port of the iPad Pro.

If you can get around the fact that this tablet features an A10X Fusion and a considerable percentage of bezels surrounding each corner, then the previous-generation iPad Pro is for you. You also get a 120Hz True Tone display, which makes everything snappy. Unfortunately, there is no Type-C USB port on this iPad Pro model, which would otherwise have given slate the option to hook up to an external display.
