At Apple.com and at several Apple Stores located at many places in the world, the company has started selling the iPhone XR clear case. The accessory carries a price of $39 in the U.S., but you’ll have to check what the price of the case is in other countries. Shipping of the accessory will take a few days to reach your doorstep if you place the order today. While it states the product will be delivered to you in one business day, it all depends on your location and the availability of what’s being sold.
Apple has also provided a neat little description of the iPhone XR clear case.
“Thin, light, and easy to grip — this case lets you enjoy the look of iPhone XR while providing extra protection. It’s also crafted with a blend of optically clear polycarbonate and flexible TPU materials, so the case fits right over the buttons for easy use. Just leave the case on your iPhone and set it on your Qi-certified charger.”
Lots of Qi wireless charging smartphones stop getting topped up once the owner straps a case on but thankfully, with the iPhone XR clear case attached to the device, you will not have to worry about such a problem. Apple has also said that its iPhone XR is the most popular model since it was launched thanks to the similarities it shares with the more expensive iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max.
It features the same 7nm FinFET A12 Bionic chipset, even though it features 3GB of LPDDR4 RAM, which is a whole gigabyte less than what’s present on the more expensive devices launched this year. It also features improved Face ID thanks to the new security enclave and according to Apple’s website, the smartphone is able to provide the best battery endurance when compared to the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max. The iPhone XR starts at $749 for the 64GB model, and purchasing the clear case still means that your total will be less than $800.
