According to him, the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ will feature 19:9 displays. If you'll recall, both the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ have 18.5:9 aspect ratios. Samsung's new M9 display panels for the Galaxy S10 lineup will make both gadgets slightly taller than their predecessors. The tipster also reveals details for the smartphones' display build material and resolution.

These claim that all three Galaxy S10 smartphones will feature 2K+ and Super AMOLED displays. Of course, unless more details for the resolution are provided, we can't reach any definitive conclusions. The displays will also be Super AMOLED, as expected. The M9 displays from Samsung will feature laser-drilled front camera cutouts. These displays will allow Samsung to emigrate to a new display design and stay away from the recent notch trend.

The Galaxy S lineup didn't fare well this year in sales terms partly due to a weak market and partly due to Samsung's slow upgrades. Next year's smartphones from Samsung look to change this, but as Infinity-O start to appear on middle-tier gadgets, the S10 lineup might end up losing their defining characteristic. Thoughts?
