After a teaser image that was leaked online suggesting WhatsApp will be coming to Windows Phone 7, we now have solid proof that WP7 users are indeed getting Whats App. As you can see from the above image, the app is now available in the Market place though it can't be downloaded yet. This could be because Windows Phone 7 Mango hasn't launched yet, once the update to WP7 is out the app should surely be downloadable for all Mango users.
Hopefully more developers will join the WP7 bandwagon after Mango is released so that we can see more and more applications for the OS, specially essential applications that it lack such as Skype.
